• Exclusive vinyl extrusions - from 100% virgin resins. Our high quality window frames provide superior insulation and resist warping problems commonly associated with wood frames.

• Full-length smooth contour lift handle - slim but heavy-duty, smooth finish for easy cleaning.

• Spiral balance design - ensures easy and smooth window operation.

• Sill angle adapter - makes the window easier to install.

• Head expander - allow for up to 1” adjustment.

• Cam-type lock and keeper - pulls sashes together for better seal.

• Recessed tilt latches on the upper sash - with full contact weatherstripping along top rail, which helps make the window airtight.

• Easy release tilt latches on bottom sash

• Vent locks - secures the window in a partially open position when desired.

• 31/4 frame - for convenient blind stop replacement installation.

• Easy take-out locking shoes - with “T” shape pivot bar for easy sash removal and reinstallation and greater frame rigidity.

• Optional colonial, Georgian or diamond grid - provides the elegant appearance of multiple panes in the same sash.

• Low-E coated glass
